I learned that I need a degree and job experiences to get a job. But almost all the jobs require working experiment so I am wondering how am I going to have the working experience in the first place? I don’t think I have learned more about myself and working style since I already know myself and my working style very well. I just think that the job market is pretty competitive so I would have to study and try hard to gain all the skills. It seems like most jobs require some skills in many different areas rather than an expert in one area only. I think it’s better to open doors for all options rather than trying to get one particular job only. Good portfolio is a must so I need to work on putting better work on my portfolio website. Also, it’s very important to know what exactly I need to get the job. There’s concern that even though I graduate from this school, it might still be not enough to get a job. So I’m thinking do I really need to go to 4 year college to be competitive in job market? Funny thing is that, my brother is a computer science major and he told me he learned most of his job skills from his first job. I think it’s important to know someone who works at the job you want to get. I was thinking mobile app designers wouldn’t require that many requirements but there were a lot of requirements.
